14 – 21 April 2012 We’ve thought of everything: with a fitness programme centred on nutrition, movement and massage, we will help you to get fit before summer. Our trainer will give you some valuable tips. • Welcome cocktail • Fitness-Check with personal trainer and creation of a specially targeted programme • Many fitness activities such as: Nordic-Walking, Aqua Fitness, Yoga, GAG, … • Sport massage (30 min) • Partial massage (30 min) • Upon request, a light dinner menu can be arranged.
